Ticket Registration setup

Admins can configure registration tickets to accommodate requirements suitable for each event. Tickets can be set as free or a chargeable amount. Other configuration includes add-ons or promo codes, if required.

Details

Registration Access

The registration access allows you to set live registration start and end dates from the date-picker or disable registration

  • Live - Attendees can start registering from the event website
  • Disabled - Registration is closed

Messages

You can compose customised messages for the registration confirmation page or registration close page. This will be seen by attendees at the confirmation page and registration close page.

  • Add a custom message to the confirmation page
  • Add a custom message to the registration close message

Tickets

Create and manage event tickets, ticket add-ons and promotions.

Create New Ticket

  1. Select the "+ New Ticket" button to create a new ticket.
  2. Complete relevant fields for Ticket NamePrice and Quantity, where applicable.
    • Price: Free Tickets/Set a price (For free tickets, leave the default settings as they are.)
    • Set quantity limit, if required
    • Sales start and end
    • Enable ticket visibility
  3. Show advanced settings (Set additional settings, if required)
    • Sales Channel
    • Tickets allowed per order (Minimum 1, Maximum 9)
    • Description
    • Autohide
  4. Save

Add-Ons (If applicable)

Utilize Add-Ons for events with ticket add-ons.

  1. Complete relevant fields for Add-on NamePrice and Quantity, where applicable.
    • Free Add-on/Set a price (For free tickets, leave the default settings as they are.)
    • Set quantity limit, if required
    • Enable ticket visibility
  2. Show advanced settings (Set additional settings, if required)
    • Description
    • Selection
    • Tickets allowed per order (Minimum 1, Maximum 9)
    • Description
    • Sales start and end
    • Sales Channel
    • Autohide
  3. Save

Promo Codes (If applicable)

Utilize Promo Codes for events with ticketing promos.

  1. Type
  2. Generate Code
    • Single
    • Multiple
  3. Discount
  4. Apply to Tickets
  5. Apply to Add-ons
  6. Show advanced settings (Set additional settings, if required)
    • Limit of uses
    • Start and end
    • Internal Note
  7. Save

Order Form

Set up and manage order form on this page. You can create different order forms and assign to different ticket types. 

Create New Order Form 

  1. Select "+ Create Form"
  2. Add Form Name
  3. Assign form to ticket 
  4. Create
  5. Enable or disable standard fields
    • Click on a question to manage question settings
  6. To add new field, select a question and click on "+" icon or click on green floating "+" icon
