Understand how to administrate your registration form

Make it easy on your event guests with Micepad's RSVP form. Using your invitation RSVP, your invitees are just a couple of clicks away from a Yes or No answer without having to make a trip to the post office or pick up the phone. Invite your event guests to the registration URL or send it via email to keep track of the number of attendees, what they want to eat, and anything else you want to add to make sure that your event is a huge success.


RSVP URL Stages:



      1. On the header panel, find -> 'Registration'

        2. Click on it and you will see various options pertaining to the Registration Website.

        3. Validation Page: Enable this if you would like to authenticate the invited guest by requiring them to enter their email before the next page is prompted. Edit it according to how you would like to brand your event.

        4. Registration Page: This will entail the event registration form page. Click on 'RSVP Form' to choose the fields that you would like to activate. To enable a new field, click on -> 'New Field'. The 'Edit' button allows you to edit it according to how you would like to brand your event. On the RSVP Form page, at the right-hand corner, you can also choose to import the attendees list from 5 options. 

        5. Post Registration Page (RSVP Yes): This page will display automatically when the invited guest has completed the RSVP form and confirmed his attendance. The 'Edit' button allows you to edit it according to how you would like to brand your event.

        6. Post Registration Page (RSVP No): This page will display automatically when the invited guest has completed the RSVP form and declined his attendance. The 'Edit' button allows you to edit it according to how you would like to brand your event.

        7. Registration Closed Page: Prompt this alert to the invited guest when the registration deadline is over.
